1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777dc ("777dc", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 777dc website available at 777dc.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By creating a 777dc account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 777dc Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register a 777dc account or use any of the Services. 777dc strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under 18. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) active 777dc account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 777dc reserves the right to verify all registration details at any time.

2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or using the 777dc platform. 777dc does not represent that its Services are legal in all jurisdictions. Players in Pakistan are responsible for assessing and complying with all applicable local laws.

• You must not register or use the Services on behalf of another person.
• You must not register if you are a current or former employee of 777dc or a close family member of such an employee.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that applies to online gambling platforms.

3. Account Security & Verification (KYC)

3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777dc login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777dc will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). 777dc operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit, at any time, government-issued identity documents (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address or payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3.3 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 777dc immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777dc shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain their confidentiality.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. 777dc strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This is available in your Account Security settings and requires a one-time password delivered to your registered mobile number in addition to your regular login credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Currency. All 777dc accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, bonuses, and all financial transactions are conducted in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 777dc currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may change from time to time. 777dc reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Minimum amounts for other payment methods may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 24 hours under standard conditions. Gold-tier and Diamond-tier VIP accounts receive same-day or instant withdrawal processing. 777dc reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud checks, or incomplete wagering requirements.

4.5 Same Payment Method Policy. Withdrawals must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 777dc may request additional documentation to verify the withdrawal destination.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 777dc are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made. Each bonus offer will specify eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, valid games, maximum bet restrictions during wagering, expiry dates, and any other conditions that apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering requirement", all bonuses granted to your 777dc account must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bets placed in games excluded from bonus wagering will not contribute to fulfilling wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 777dc reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and restrict or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose; and placing offsetting bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

5.4 Right to Modify or Cancel. 777dc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to informing affected players via the platform or registered email address where reasonably practicable.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games and sports betting markets on 777dc operate according to published rules. Casino games use independently certified random number generators (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) figures are published for each slot and video poker title. Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers via HD video stream.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or technical fault during any game or betting market, 777dc reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not honoured.

6.3 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled according to the official results of the relevant competition or match. PSL, Test cricket, T20I, UFC, and all other sports markets are settled based on the authoritative result as determined by the relevant governing body. 777dc reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.

6.4 Final Decision. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or event, 777dc's decision is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

7. Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777dc platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to 777dc.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Charging back deposits or initiating fraudulent payment disputes.
• Using another person's payment method without authorisation.

8. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

8.1 18+ Policy. 777dc strictly enforces the minimum age of 18 years for all players. Identity verification is required for withdrawal processing and may be requested at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the depositing payment method minus any gambling losses incurred.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. 777dc provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — Receive an alert or automatic logout after a set playing time.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely close your 777dc account. Self-exclusions are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

8.3 Getting Help. 9. Suspension & Termination

9.1 777dc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity as described herein.

9.2 Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, 777dc may withhold all or part of the account balance, including any pending bonus amounts, pending the outcome of any investigation.

9.3 You may close your 777dc account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no outstanding investigations are in progress.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777dc platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 777dc or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of 777dc content without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777dc's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777dc account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 777dc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the theory of liability.

11.3 777dc does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory requirements may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Services. 777dc will not be liable for losses arising from any downtime.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the 777dc Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. 777dc processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

13. Amendments to Terms

777dc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform notification system or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the 777dc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 777dc operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 777dc platform, you should first contact the 777dc support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. 777dc will use reasonable efforts to resolve all genuine complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, 777dc operates a formal complaints procedure. You may escalate your complaint by submitting a written summary to [email protected]. 777dc will issue a final written decision within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint.
